Without sparking a huge debate over bringing food from outside (i know the dangers and can ensure that the insects are pesticide free), has anyone ever fed their lizard Phyllophaga (june bug) larvae? These are the common white grubs found in many lawns. I have used them as fish bait for years, and while picking some up recently I began to wonder if a collared would eat them. Just wanted to know if anybody has tried it.

Nice to have you here, been a bit slow lately As far as june bugs, I know another buddy who actually fed the june bugs to his collareds, so I would think the nice larve would be okay as well
