Just had the camera out sooooooooo.....

Brandon Osborne Oct 05, 2007 12:44 AM

I thought I'd snap a couple of pics of this guy. He decied to give me a little taste test right as I snapped one of the macro shots.....right on the ring finger. lol.

I just hope in '08 he doesn't run from the girls like he did this year. BTW, he is much more BLUE than the pics show.

Thanks for looking.

He’s getting some size. Very nice. Man I’d be trying with every female NE axanthic, hypo, ghost, and sister/mother I could. That boy could father projects for a decade!

Brandon Osborne Oct 05, 2007 03:56 PM

I might do that if I had the females to put him too. I sold most of my breeder kings over the last few years. I have very focused goals in mind and want to stick to them. Keep your fingers crossed.

Thanks again.

That is a beautiful snake! What kind is it?

derekdehaas Oct 05, 2007 02:26 PM

that's a very nice brooks king (aka florida king).

SandDog Oct 05, 2007 02:36 PM

What's the color morph?

Bluerosy Oct 05, 2007 03:16 PM

Its actually a brooks x goini axanthic.

opps lol. didn't know it has a goni in him.

Brandon Osborne Oct 05, 2007 04:56 PM

it has more goini in it than brooksi. I started this project about 7 years ago.

There's a pattern on his head that looks like a ghost with its arms up in the air. Anyone else see that?

Brandon,
I remember the old shots of that snake. It actually looks better than I thought it would as an adult. Thanks for sharing!
