since my female died just over a month ago iv been havin problems with my male, he wouldnt eat (he is now though) but the new problem is everytime i put my hand in his cage he bites me and jumps around like a fool, he never used to do this and was very tame.hes started to draw blood now. i have to weare gloves to feed him and change his water. he used to be so sweet is there anythin i can do?

Hi, sorry to hear your boy is not being a NICE guy, 
Are you sure he is feeling okay? Sometimes if they are not right they will be act that way.
Is there anything different around him near him that is making him fearful?
Don't know why he is doing this but wearing a big glove will not help him to calm down , it will make things worse. I understand you not wanting your finger to be a SNACK , 
I would TRY to maybe offer him a good bug (moth) or something he likes, lore him closer , but don't grab him, just put your hand down on the side or front NEAR him, leave it , let him know your not going to do anything, then take it out. Keep doing this without grabbing him, just put hand NEAR him a few seconds each time, until her trusts you again.
Hope he calms down
