How do u guys clean your snakes cage. I have a kingsnake, I had her in a 10 gallon cage but she outgrew that thing so fast. now I bought a 20 gallon tank for her last week. I used to clean the 10 gallon about every 2 weeks, and I would clean it in the bathtub. There is no way i'm carrying that 20 gallon tank to and from the bathroom every 2 weeks. How do u guys clean it, and also, how often?

you will see that most of us don't carry our cages/racks out to clean. all you need to do is to clean where the cage is spray in the cage and start wiping. if your using aspen as bedding just scoop them with a dust pan. hope this help and i'm sure someone will jump in to help.

thats what substrate is for! use newspaper, all you have to do is roll up the paper poo and all and use wet paper towels to get what you missed.

I just spray and wipe everything down, the decorations/hiding spots I take to the bathroom to wash. Using the vacuum hose works really well in clearing out all the leftover aspen.
