I got two female poss het caramel albinos tonight. I got them from Ken McAlexander of ballpythonivestments.com in a partial trade for an extra rack I had. They are beautiful, and I will post pics in a day or two. I am too tired tonight because I drove a total of 5 hours round trip to deliver the rack, and pick up the snakes. I also have poss het pieds from Ken, and he produces great snakes that eat every time they are offerred with no hesitation.

Hey Jody, Congrats on the new additions. Hopefully they prove out for you. Are they out of the same clutch, how big was the clutch?! Best ways to prove out possible's are to just go all out and get the whole clutch if possible.

It's kind of a long shot deal. They are clutchmates (2.4 in the clutch). They are the result of breeding two 66% poss hets together, but no caramels were produced. I think the odds probably are that one of the parents is het, it just remains to see which one. My het male should determine if one of the parents was het.

I see, well good luck with it. So are you getting into Heterodon Nasicus now?! I was considering getting some extreme reds and het anerys but dont see to many available. Everyone is working on producing some snows right now.

not quite yet. just want to in the future. who knows when.

A clutch from breeding two Possible Hets together, that do not produce any Homozygous offspring, should be labeled as normals, and nothing more. You have Homozygous animals, 100% Het, 66% Possible Het, and 50% Possible Het. I wish you luck, and stranger things have happened in the Ball world, but I hope you did not buy them or trade for them as Possible Hets. This is just my opinion.

He is a very good friend of mine. I was actually in his wedding earlier this year.
