hi, Igot a male veiled about a week ago. The lady that I had gotten him from told me he was having trouble sticking out his tounge. it had been to a vet and told it was fine. now as well as the tounge problem when he tries to eat his jaw apears rubbery. also he has a bulge in his tummy near the rear. He in in a hundred gallon reptarium with uv light and spends time outside when weather permitting. he will be seeing the vet when she is in on wedensday.
please help!
thank you in advance

Rubbering of the jaw is a sign of mbd. What kind of supplement do you use? How many times a week do you dust your crickets and how many crickets do you dust? Does the chameleons legs look bowed? What type of chameleon is it?

Hi its a male veiled. I use reptivite one day, skip a day and then use rep-cal calcium with vit.D3 and alternate like that. So far his legs are fine but he cant stick his tounge out and his jaw seems rubbery. he also has a uv light and spends as much time as possible outside
