Female Cinny? My options are Cinny, Pastel, Mojave, or Pied. Its really down to cinny or pied. I just don't want to make cinnies het pied and then have to compete with alot of people to move them, or produce a pied cinny in a couple years after 50 other people have done it too. I'll stop rambling...your thoughts are appreciated.

I would breed her to a pastel. You could get pewters, pastels, cinnys, and normals. Word of advice, do not line breed to cinnys create super cinnys.

well it depends on what you want to do. Do you want to produce animals to sell? Do you want to produce animals to hold back and produce more killer snakes in the future? If you just want to produce a few animals to make some money then I'd say the pastel as pewters are awesome and you should still get a decent payday if you can produce 2 or 3 pewters in a clutch. However, if you are going to hold back a few animals for future breeding, I'd breed the pied to it hands down. The black pastel pied is stunning on it's own and the super black/cinny pied will be awesome and there will never be too many in this market.

I would breed her to piebald.
Recessive genes are just more interesting.

Thanks for the replies! I would not be line breeding the cinnies if they were bred together. My male is a SK and the female is a BHB and wasn't produced by me. I may do cinn to cinn or pastel to cinn. Its still up in the air but thanks for the differnt points of view.

Can anyone post the black pastel pied pic again or tell me where I can locate the photo? Who made it?

Thanks!
