Anybody have these or know anything about them/ I would think their requirements are almost the same, as they appear to live in similar enviroments.

....didn't you see the part where it says "nice and calm" ??

LOL

Collareds were actually first described as "Agama collaris" in the early 1800's. There are lots of examples of old world lizards with a new world equivalents, as the abilities to exploit a certain ecological niche dictate a very similar evolutionary "design". For nearly every old world agamid, there is a similar new world iguanid. Similar with Lacertids / Teiids, etc.

I'm not sure if I am or not. I found a site that I can get a 20 gal acrilic terrarium and a screen top, for the price that the aquarium alone costs at the pet shop before tax: $47 (Including shipping.) After that, though, I won't have any cash left. I just found out that the males turn BLUE for the mating display! (And get this! The females heads turn light blue, and they get rust colored bars on their sides!)

Gotta get more dough...

Hold on! That is a sinai agama, (the pic with blue liz.) The ones for sale are Pale Agamas. (I think. If not, somebody can go to Saudi Arabia and figure it out.)
