What are the obvious traits of the carmel albino?
The carmel coloring is obvious and the partial washed head but I cant tell from the photos but do they have red,pink eyes?
The reason I ask is I have a female that was wild caught with very similar markings that just laid that was bred to a het lavender albino. Are the albino traits compatible? Lavender, carmel,high contrast ? Thanks and congrats on the beauties!

I believe RDR already tried caramel and lavender and produced normal looking double hets. Of course your wild caught animal might be something new so let us know how it goes.

I've heard that someone in Asia tried lavender X regular albino and also produced normal looking double hets but I don't have a name to go with that breeding.

There was even a recent post that caramel X regular albino had finally been tried but I've not yet been able to confirm that one. I'm particularly interested in knowing if caramel and regular albino have been tested for compatibility so if anyone has the details of who might have done that breeding please post.

Ralph Bred Lav to T- albino and got double hets in 2006...
He tried it a couple of years before and kept getting dud clutches..

Randy your right on target with Ralph making double hets of lav/caramel...I wonder what the 1/16 snake will look like.

I'm looking to put YB's, Pieds, Lessers and Clowns into my caramels over the next few seasons.

My Caramels are some of the most diverse around, I am working With Bell, Sutherland, and Nerd bloodlines all made from het-X-het breedings.

This season I'll be breeding the Caramel male to a couple of possible het and 100% het girls. If my lesser female is ready He'll hit her late in the season and the YB girl too.

Then this little dude will be helping the project along too..
He's some sort of Co-dom I made a couple of this year not related to my Xphactor project but some thing different... We'll see what Jack pops out of this box in the coming seasons.

The male was a het from ralph and the female looks very odd,Shes very light and one of the eggs that I slit looks a salmon color? The other looks almost pastel, Very orange sided!
