Leopard Gecko Swollen arm pits

One of my leopard gecko females seems to have swollen arm pits. under her front arms, there seem to be pockets of fluid or something. Anyone know what it is and what I should do about it? Thanks

nothing unoprdinary,
your gecko is just too fat,
its the equivalent of a human getting a beer gut.
I have had dozens of geckos in the past which have had the same problem and they were all geckos which were aggressive eaters.
Dont worry about it.
