male moonglow, female moonglow, male albino motley, female albino motley?

Cost wise or personal value in regards to breeding potential?

I would say Male Albino Motley, Male Moonglow, and mix the females however you like. The male albino motley would go well with either of them, but I might give the nod to the female moonglow.
