what kind do you use ?

Let me tell ya, B. Lateralis are WAY too fast for my geckos. Hopefully my cresties stay fast, or it's Kingsnake Classifieds for the Lateralis colony. My buddy raises Dubias for his Chameleons/Bearded Dragons..they're super slow moving. No leopard would ever be able to eat them full grown, but they could probably do nymphs just fine.

I feed lobster roaches occasionally, but you have to pull of their back legs first. Either that or pop them in the microwave for 10 seconds. They are still alive but pretty unhappy at that point.

If you don't remove the legs, they never catch the roaches and they will still be in there running around, hiding under the paper, or loose in the house.
