I noticed it mostly because I am dealing with a baby with one really bugged out eye. Does not seem to have any negative affects on her, she's eaten and shed just fine so far.

i've seen a couple snakes like that before. usually not a big deal. i think bianca's eyes are so big because she is so small. she's actually a month or so older than my female CRB and the CRB absolutely dwarfs bianca.

LOL....

Bryan fed her on a maintenance diet, therefore she developed super eyes in order to help her hunt food?

Actually is a plausable explanation just sounds funny the way I though/stated it!!

lol. it is plausible though. i really think it's just a matter of her being thin though.

I wonder if it's like they are looking through a magnifying glass?? It wouldn't be surprising if it was, i could see a fluid build up under the ocular cap acting as a magnifier of some sort.

Originally I thought it might go away at first shed but although it has gone down some, is still there. Time will tell!!!!

While I am not a vet her eyes look like they are filled with fluid, have they always looked like that? Does she respond to movement? She looks in good health but those eyes would have me concerned.

well, she seems fine otherwise. Bryan wasn't concerned about it. i trust his judgment on such things, he has a pretty good amount of experience with BRB's. like i said in my reply to Dave, my theory is that it's just due to the fact that she is so small for her age.

it's always a good show. the ziggster refused though. no biggie though, he's in blue right now so... although i have only had my crb's refuse once each when they were in blue. they usually could care less.
