MOUTH ROT CURES?

JPCONS Oct 10, 2007 07:01 AM

I have a female boa who hit the cage door in a feeding response and broke a few teeth. She now has what appears to be mouth rot. What are the cures you people use when this happens??

Generally, iodine flushs with Baytrl injections afford speedy recovery.

I've used 2% Betadine rinses along with Amikacin injections very succesfully. (Seeing a qualified vet is highly recommended.)

Good luck!
