Will a wc eat a degu? Or am I stabbing in the wind hopefull that my Bp will eat it instead of one of my gerbil breeders?

They might, but use a small baby. And be prepared for being stuck if it won't take anything but degus after that

Your safest bet is probably to either feed one of your 'breeder' gerbils or just wait for them to have a litter, and feed the babies. I'm assuming you've already tried rubbing (live and f/t) mice and rats in dirty gerbil bedding, right?

Yes I have tried the mouse in the gerbil bedding, and also the mouse in the african soft furred bedding. She struck at the mouse about six times with the gerbil bedding rub, but didn't take the mouse.
