I have a CB 07 Pueblan milksnake with a kink in his lower back. Does anyone know if this is a hereditary problem caused by a genetic flaw or the result of improper incubation? Thanks.

It could be either... And, there is no way that anyone here could diagnose the exact cause of the kinks with any accuracy.

In most cases its not genetic or incubation. Its commonly caused by weak or stressed eggs. This can occur IN THE FEMALE before they are laid.
Improper incubation can cause kinks, but its normally manifested in most if not all the eggs showing some problems, not one individual.
As mentioned below, you really cannot find out for sure without a REAL history and real tests.
If your concern is this animal producing a bunch of kinkbacks. I would not worry about it. Then again, if the first clutch comes out all kinks. Cull that female. Cheers
