Sweet lookin' Sonoran. Where from? How're the Glossies?
reako45
The sonoran is from southeastern AZ.
I still have one of the glossies. I was taking the pair home in a deli cup over a year ago and got a flat tire. By the time I finally made it home and remembered the cup of snakes, they'd pushed the lid off and escaped. I tore my car apart, but couldn't find either one. About a week later one showed up under one of the floor mats. I never found the second.
The glossy eats well, but is a really slow grower. I've had it going on at least 4 years and it's smaller than a yearling gopher. It makes me wonder how old the big guys are since they wouldn't be getting food nearly as often as mine.
