It's corrugated cardboard.
Look on uline.com - they have a ton of paper products. I use their rolls of "indented kraft paper" - not as heavy as the corrugated sheets, but thicker and nicer looking than newsprint. I think you have to buy the corrugated stuff (like in the photo) by the sheet, rather than by the roll, since it's stiff.
They also have rolls of unprinted newspaper, if you don't want ink on your snakes.
