Hi, Are there any California breeders of S.varius with all the permits necessary to houses them legally.

Try Terry at Central Coast Reptiles. I believe he breeds both the San Esteban (S. Varius), and Angel Island (S. Hispidus) chucks.

I've talked with him a few times about S. Varius. He does offer permits as well!
