I have a female that I attempted to breed to my male (never actually SAW them go at it) about 2 mths ago. (3 days at a time, with 3 days off for about a month).
She has gotten SUPER agressive in the last week, and started a shed yesterday (pre-lay shed??). Anyone know if this agression is a sign of her being gravid? She has always been easy to handle, but now she even strikes at movement outside her tank!!! (I have it covered to reduce stress on her)
Any advice is welcome. I am somewhat experienced with keeping, but breeding is new territory for me and I've never heard of them getting nasty this soon. I am wondering if it might be something else.
