Thanks for the suggestion on using a Uni-Bit to drill ventilation holes in plastic tubs. The method I was using was working ok, but the Uni-Bit method is far superior. Very fast, no cracking and no burrs. Thanks again.

here's another couple of alternatives. use a straight soldering iron to burn the holes or switch to the new vision racks as they seem to provide the perfect amount of ventilation. I know we are slowly switching all of our racks around and couldn't be happier.
