re: mysterious pregnancy

Hello, this is my first post...
Our geckos were 'gecko-sat' by friends for about 6 months. They SWEAR that the male and female were never together [housed separately], however when we picked them up, I noticed the females tail was 'withered,' , so I did my normal immune boosting which normally resolved this problem in the past, but not this time. After about another week, I noticed she was 'bulging on the sides.' Took pics, sent to a friend and he thinks she's pregnant. My 1st question is HOW, but beyond that is what to do because we're at the 6+ week mark now and I haven't seen anything come out. We're not looking to breed, just want to get her through this. She's 10 years old, very healthy appetite, etc. Trying to figure out how to upload the pics in the meantime.
Please advise!! Thank you!!

some geckos lay eggs even when they havent mated,
there is nothing unordinary about it, however, judging from your pics, those eggs look unporportional to her body and she may get compacted if they are not laid. How long has she looked pregnant??

Thank you for your reply. That photo was taken at the first sign of pregnancy which is already 4 weeks ago now. It's been at least 6 weeks.
