Owning non-native herps in Colorado?

RoswellBoa Oct 17, 2007 03:24 AM

I may be relocating to eastern Colorado...

Is anyone aware of any restrictions in Colorado on the ownership of harmless non-native herps?

I have redtails and ball pythons... The specific city would be Flagler, in Kit Carson county....

I tried yahoo search and came up with nothing...

Any help appreciated, thanks!

We live in Colorado, but this town is not familiar to us. We were able to find a telephone number to the town hall. (719) 765-4571, you might want to give them a call and see if you can get more specific information. This is a small town, population 612, this may be the reason you are unable to find a lot of information.

Best of luck to you.
