Hi all my name is Bruce McLovin and Im eager to join in this little forum. Just wanted to introduce myself. I mainly keep Kingsnakes but also have a couple of Turtles. Right now I have mainly locality Eastern Kings and some non locality Easterns. I see many keep Brooks Kings here and they are great snakes as well but I hope some of the guys who keep California Kings and Desert Kings pop up as thats next on my list of animals to get.

Welcome Bruce. There's mostly Florida kings on this forum (which is not a bad thing) but if you keep your eyes peeled you find that a few posts with Cals, deserts, and Eastern kings pop up ever so often. Here's a couple Newport phase Cal kings found in L.A. Co.

Hypermelanistic Cal king from Long Beach

And a Desert phase found near Palmdale, CA

...but.. are Apalachicola kings actually found near the town? I live in Panama City, Florida, so it's only a hop, skip, and jump from my house. Should I take a short road trip and stomp through the woods to see what I can find?
