I have a client who has a 9 year old male iguana that seems in excellent health and good husbandry. Recently (last 2-3 months) it has been getting soft, fluidy swellings in its dewlap that come and go, just under the chin (distal dewlap still normal). Have to admit I haven't seen the condition- always disappears before coming in to see me. Normal blood work. Any ideas?
