enough bright colors already...

some of you have seen this patternless gentilis before (bottom), he's doing just fine and has tons of utterly smokin kids out there. The top snake is the only aberrant offspring he's produced.

Wowza, is right. Man what a peach of a gentilis.

Was he brick red as a neonate, and then fade into that color as an adult?

sorry for the late response.....
he came to me as a CB 3 year old with his normal sisters some offspring so I didn't see him as a nate but the friend that supplied the group said "there was something obviously different with that male".
But as a youngster he was that same fading red to pink on a buff camel color. Almost a solid patternless, not a hypo but he did sire a remarkable hypo fem that continues to crank out amazing gentilis. She's somewhere here in these postings half buried in sand.
They've been a great project and have produced almost pyro-like offspring every year.
I'm lucky to have gotten these and a big thanx to the guys that founded this group so many years ago...yeah, I know you're reading this! thanx
