I had a package going out today while I wasn't home, so my wife was giving the package to the driver when he asked what was inside and she said some baby snakes. He said they don't ship snakes and was on the phone when I pulled up. I asked what was going on and she told me, so I ran inside and got my FedEx paperwork out stating I am a known and accepted reptile shipper and snakes was on the list to ship. He said the rules have changed, he said his manager said the list was old and no longer valid! I tried to explain to him and he wouldnt listen. So I told him to wait while I called FedEx. Of course he didn't he said he was too busy to wait for a phone call. I got on the phone and they looked me up and apologized saying I was in their system to ship reptiles. So they called the driver and told him to turn around and pick up my package. He came to my door and appologized saying your on the list but there are very few people there. MMM Hmmm. Anyhow. Make sure you have your paperwork if you ship with FedEx just in case you have any problems like that.
