Is this a vanilla or just a light color

boxienuts Oct 18, 2007 04:43 PM

I picked up this female last weekend, and the guy I bought it from said her mother was really light colored too. She doesn't seem to really have any black or yellow-orange, just brown and tan. Is this a vanilla or just a light colored normal? If it is a vanilla, is their anything that I would I want to breed her to, to make something halfway cool looking. I bought her to breed to my male pastel next year just to make some pastels, but wondered if she would have any potential to breed to something else?
Thanks

If this is just a poor quality not very desireable normal, go ahead and tell me, please be honest, I really don't know, I just picker her up cheap and she eats F/T like a champ, so that works for me for now.
Thanks for the advice or input

She looks like a fine normal to me. I would take her off your hands.

She's a pretty normal. Vanillas are light yellow and have a hazy faded appearance.

OK thanks, I think I will still try to breed her to my pastel, though.
