Are your referring to Blue rats? I have heard that term before. what is the difference between a blue and a regular? I am just curious, is all.

Yes, blue rats.
This was (hahaha) a Russian blue dumbo.

Blue is a simple recessive color mutation in rats.

Go to google.com and search "rat color mutations", you'll get all kinds of neat sites.
