Kylescott racks..

zefdin Oct 20, 2007 08:23 AM

Its got a ring to it..

I have looked at the racks you mentioned in an earlier post, and I really like the idea you came up with. Do you think you could remove the tub and take a pic of the guts of the thing.

I am curious how the bottom of one rack shelf, which is the top on the next, (a very common way to do it), but arent the slots recessed and cant a smaller or even med sized snake crawl through the gaps? Also, how did you adhere the heating elemt and what did you use? Please post up some new pics if you have time. I got snakes commin out of my ears and I need a new rack.

I got a bunch of normal females, oddball stuff, and some males that are pets at this point in make shift tubs w/heating pads (reptile type ones w/controller and safe) but I gotta do something?? I ended up keeping all my babies which I never intended to do, and I have too many males that have become pets for my kids and the dont want me to get rid of them. I dont even let the kids name any of the snakes anymore, because then they are pets and you CANT keep everything...it is impossible!!

Please post up some pics of this rack Kyle. I believe these shelves are pretty cheap at the Depot no? Like $30-40 bucks if I remember.

Great looking rack you have there. I would be interested in putting one together myself...can I ask where you got the shelves from?

Thanks,

Joe.
