best friend! We hatched out this little male Sterling Pastel Ball Python today and since I was taking photos, I took the time to snap a few pictures of him! I really like the sterling silvery coloration he has and am curious to see how he'll change as he grows.

I also took a cool group photo that I thought turned out really nicely showing various different ingredient morphs and the designers they can create!

And I know this isn't a Ball Python but I loved the way this photo came out

So what makes a sterling? The whole pewter, sterling, silver bullet, etc. thing still confuses me. Neat looking animal, definitely very pretty!

Pink Lady Constrictors

A Sterling is a Super Pastel Cinnamon.

A Pewter is a Pastel Cinnamon.

A Silver Bullet is a Pastel Super Cinnamon.

A Silver Streak is the same thing as a Sterling but with the Black Pastel instead of the Cinnamon. So a Silver Streak is a Super Pastel Black Pastel.

I can't wait to see a Super Pastel Super Cinnamon - I wonder what that will be called..
If NERD hatches it, I can see Kevin naming it something crazy like the Werewolf Killer! LOL!

my Nikon D200, a micro-Nikkor 60mm macro lens, a SB800 speedlight, and a diffuser. They were taken on black expanded PVC for the background under regular fluorescent lighting at our facility. My speedlight and diffuser were the only two things I used for lighting.
