Where to get the nicest norm Moluccans?

Jabba954 Oct 21, 2007 10:12 PM

I've been trying to find just a normal, high yellow Moluccan yellow head young adult (6'-10') male, but with limited luck. Anybody know where I might find one? I don't care if it's het for anything - I just REALLY like the high yellow Moluccans. I sent emails to a bunch of the breeders, but only LLL replied to tell me they had just babies. Thanks y'all,

Jason

Just so I'm not making an ass of myself - Moluccan IS the yellow head variety, right?

Molucca is a Locality of retic that does have yellow heads from what I can tell. LLL seems to be the only people with them on a regular basis. If you are just looking for a Yellow head retic and dont care if it is or isnt a locality, then I would suggest Bob Clark or Notah Howe. Both of them have very nice lines of yellow head retics.

Who's Notah Howe? I just shot an email over to Bob Clark, but never heard of Howe. Thanks for your help - I thought all the yellow heads were Moluccan.

I agree. Last year I saw someone holding about an 11 foot plain old normal yellow head and it was IMPRESSIVE!
