Bredli?????

krhodes Oct 21, 2007 11:27 PM

I'm taking 1.1 bredli adults for payment to cover lost & escaped animals from a guy I'd had colubrids on loan to. I have no idea what they are worth. Any ideas, wholesale or retail. He paid 3K for them a few years back when the market was up. I just want to make sure that I'm getting a reasonable payoff in the deal.

Your help is greatly appreciated,
kevin

their not worth 3k right now if thats what he says their worth.
high reds are worth more and obviously adult pairs are worth more id say 1500-2000 for an adult pair of high reds
let me just say this is just from looking at prices on them over the past couple of years. ive never owned or bred bredli so just my 2 cents

IMO, they would have to be VERY high red to command that price. On average, I'd say $800 - $1200 for the adult pair.

when i say high red i mean RED like almost fire engine red and you usually see them on australian web pages their are not many that color in the us. i think it was don hamper who had a nice high red pair but that price is at the extreme of what ive seen and i dont have an average because prices are all over the place.
ive seen babies go for 100 bucks but many at 500 and 600
