Lots of sun, heat, and water! Ficus trees come from tropical regions that are hot and sunny most of the day with a short intense rain shower. Make sure that you let it dry out, though, don't leave it in the saucer to sit in th water. The more intense the light and high temps (80s or 90s) and lots of room for them to grow, the faster they will grow, and if you provide a lot of this they will grow very fast! Good luck!
