I'm sure Tosha has many more pressing things in her life right now than worrying about writing the WIR.
Hopefully that break in the weather they're predicting helps get all the fires under control soon, and she can eventually get back to worrying about such interesting things as the WIR for the rest of us

Wow... I meant this as a joke. A little humor. Go back and re-read my post. I like it when Tosha does the WIR she is always able to put a nice "spin" on things and usually a little light humor with an emoticon or two, but I guess... never mind.
