Im using $400 on Ball pythons.. What should I get? I have a male Pastel and a female Spider plus some normal females... Should I get a female Pastel? Or... A female Y.B.? Get some Pastel Yellow Bellys... Or Super pastels... Whats better? I personaly like the Y.B.s better, but whatever.... Thanks for any advice.

I would get a female yellow belly if you can find one in your price range as they are the best "bang for your buck".
Raise her up and the combo's are endless, pastel y.b, ivory, superstripe, cinnabelly etc, etc.

You could get a male ghost w/change left over.

1.1 het 100% Axanthic or Albino?

You can get 1.2 50-66% het for Pieds?

I would do the last personally if I were you.

On the 50-66% het for Pieds, I would not get a male ay all. I would wait and buy a 100% het for Pied male later after a year or two when the females are bigger. I bet you could pick up 2-3 50-66% het for pied females for $400. If you got 3 from a reputable source, one maybe two will prove out for you in 2-3 years. Just think about it... 2-3 years from now your 3 females lay lets say 12 eggs and you end up with 3,4,6 Piebalds, and 2 het for pied breeder females.... all for a $400 dollar investment. Now that is sweet!

I would get a couple of pastel females...

Josh, get the Yellow Belly. You already have the female Pastel... you just don't realize it yet. As soon as you breed that male Pastel you will (hopefully) hatch out a female pastel... so you've already got the female... you just haven't hatched her yet.

Go with the python that will expand your possibilities.

Get what you like best. I would personally get the YB or get some hets for something recessive.
