WWW.Reptiledirect.com If they come to you broken they will replace next day. If they are working and blow within a year ZooMed will replace them. Send zoomed the guarantee that comes with the bulbs when you buy them. This guarantee will replace the bulb if it blows within the year. If it lasts 5 months then blows zoomed will guarantee the replacement for the remainder 7 months. Save the receipts.
