Yeah, I was in the middle of reading the hybrid discussion below and then it just disappeared! I don't remember any rudeness or finger pointing?

There was a problem with Lance's post - the first one in the thread. You can have a simple web address in your signature, but not a giant banner "advertising" an organization.
Since his post was first in the thread, they all got pulled.
That's an educated guess on my part.
