You can buy a hovar bator(incubator) at a farm supply, using an incubotor gives you more control on wheather you have males or females. Or if you have a room that has a constant temperature of 80 to 85 degrees, you can place the eggs in a deli cup with vermiculite and water. This site explains how to set up your container for your eggs. http://www.albeysreptiles.com/incubate-eggs.htm. Hope this helps! Good Luck! we just had 6 babies hatched last month, this was our first season.

They may not be fertile, you can try to candle them . What are the eggs in, Not sure what the oozing is maybe someone with more hatching experience may know

If they were laid and your gecko was not in the presence of a male, then they are no good. There are no miracle babies, no virgin births. Sometimes females just lay eggs.
