OT Jack out while cleaning his cage

natsamjosh Oct 27, 2007 08:27 PM

Snapped a few pics, he seems to like going outside exploring the yard. The other day he even chased a beatle. Just curious, do any of you take out your BRB's for some sun and/or outside fun?

Of course, an hour after I did a thorough cleaning of his cage, you know what he did.

right now i wouldnt take even a grass snake outside lol its be cold here. but durring weather permitting months and provided i get time most of my snakes get out for a fun in the sun play time for a few minutes never real long tho and i or some1 is always holding them some get grumpy when set down and i dont want them on the grass due to the lawn care taker sprays chemicals on the lawn.

He's probably about due for a shed, but I think the lighting and angle made his eyes look clouded in that first picture. Yeah, it's fun taking pictures. In my next life, I'd like to be a wildlife photographer!

Thanks!

I swear he smiled when he saw I noticed that post-cleaning poop...

I'm surprised no one made any remarks about my mis-spelling
of "beetles."

Of course he had to make it messy again they wouldn't be snakes if they cooperated and didn't make messes as soon as we clean up.

Over the summer I took my CRB for walks. I would go down to a trail by my house and pick a different place every day for her to explore. Of course now that it's late fall and I live in Kansas these types of things can't happen anymore but I still let her explore my room every so often
