i want to get a blood and ive got every thing i need for it but im a little worried that if i use one of those zoomed heat pads the plastic rubber maid container will get to hot melt or the air ambeint air temp will get to high, i want to keep it in a rubber maid container because they hold humidity really well but dose any one think that the heat pad might make it too hot?

Get a temp controller, anytime heat is involved you should have one! I have been using heat tape and rubbermaids for some time with no problems. Just remember to much humidity is just as bad as to little, I'd check out VPI's info on bloods!

make sure that the blood has enough space based on how large it is as a hatchling it will need at least 40 inches of floor space. i believe using a heat pad shouldnt be all that bad but like already mentioned make sure you have a controlled heat. and for humiidity make sure it has at least 60-70% ambient humidity and to help it shed when its eyes come back from being all milky give it a bath in luke warm water hopefully you love the blood!!
