What would they look like?...

mmfrankford Oct 28, 2007 08:11 PM

OK I have a crimson and an abbott okeetee. Now I know that if I breed them together, I will get normals, maybe okeetees. Lets see if I understand this right. A crimson is basically a hypo miami that was bred for selective appearance and the abbott okeetee was bred for selective appearance. Now that would mean that any resulting offspring might resemble nice miamis or okeetees, sans hypo? Or would they all resemble plain jane normals. So I'm curious about the appearance of the hatchlings due to both parents having selective appearance. Hopefully this made since. I guess I'm wondering what variety I would get in the "normal" offspring? Thanks.

you could have some resembling miami phase and some resembling okeetee phase and some in between all would be het for hypo unless your okeetee is also het hypo then you could get some hypos
