Fruit flies or roaches?

Hi
With correct temps,food,etc which would be easier and be fairly easy to culture ?

Its for small geckoes . I usually use pinhead crickets from petstore wanted to add variety .

Fruit flys are very easy to raise and maintain. They do well at room temperature and require very little space. They are easier to keep going that pin head crickets by far.

Thanks going to order a culture and give it a try . I was going to use them along with pinheads but if the fruitflies do well going to take a break from the pinheads for a bit
