rat life cycle

what is the rat life cycle from birth to breeding basicaly how long does it take to raise up a rat from small to breeder.

wean at 4 wks = small
though some of mine are basically mediums by 5 weeks. Depends on your lines of rats.
some breeders leave girls to breed asap and that is usually 8 weeks others separate the girls til they are 10-12 wks. Production is 5 - 7 litters with about one a month and then fertility peters off. I rarely have breeders a whole year. Most are jumbos in 5 months.
