the first pic is a striped sunglow.both parents are motley sunglow. 2nd pic is motley butter. both parents are motley sunglow + butter cross.

first is an amel motley

followed by a little cinnamon motley

a young creamsicle motley

a little older creamsicle motley

another cream motley

and a nice normal motley

No question about it being good.
This was an odd year. Smaller than expected clutches, smaller eggs, etc. The texture of that egg is not that unusual. Not the first time I have seen it.
