A 30 or 40 gallon tank?

JeniNicole83 Oct 30, 2007 04:58 PM

I have my ball (18-24" in a ten gallon tank that he's been perectly happy in. We just bought a 30 or 40 gallon tank for $15. My neighbor raises fish and this one no longer will hold water. I would like to move Beowulf into the bigger tank. The lid that came with it is just a frame that is pretty much seperated into 2. What can I do to make the lid where I can use it on the tank? We have some extra plexiglass that we could use.

Easiest thing to do is go to your local pet store and get a screen top and some clamps. Just make sure you can keep the humidity right. You may need to cover part of the screen with a towel. Plexiglass will work if you can figure out how to secure it, sounds like an escape fixin' to happen!! My vote is screen top.
