ok so yeha i have been dealing with the whole process of paper work gettign ahold of some1 etc for 2 months and finaly 2 weeks ago everythign is settled and i am good to go however when i went to ship monday i didnt have a weiver with me butt hey called memphis and and they said it ws ok and i was good to go but the location wouldnt ship it cause they didnt have a copy of weiver on file ok whatever i go back next day to ship and they go well we cant ship this it isnt going to a buisness so grr again lol but i called my friend whom the snake was going to and got her work address etc and is being shipped there.

even tho when i talked to my rep and told him i wont always be shipping to a busness he oked it but wasnt stated in the weiver so fed-ex doesnt care what i have to say they wouldnt even listen to me when i told them my reps name etc. so now i have to try and figure out how in the heck im gonna ship other snakes to otehr ppl if they wont let me ship to residential? and my question is how are all these breeders shipping fed-ex to residential? just lying to them whatsi in tthe box or what

post might get pulled!!!!!! It is in clear violation of "We ask that you refrain from making personal attacks against individuals or companies" but we are good for getting threads pulled. Never tried to ship but on the receiving end, I love Fedex and don't care for DHL

Tim... get an online account with FedEx. I use my online account to set up and print off shipping labels, and have never had a problem shipping to residential addresses.

Tim
I had been shipping from a fedex/kinkos store for some time then a clerk stated they could not accept live animals there. I called my fedex rep who made some calls and said that that was the store's policy. Since then I have shipped out of the closest fedex "hub" to me. I have shipped to business & residential addresses and have not as yet had a problem. Just find the closest hub and ship from there. Good luck.
