Dang, I have 05 girls that still haven't even cracked the 1000 gram mark.

All of my 05 girls are 1500 grams and over.

She looks great. I really like her blushing. What are your plans for her?

tristan Oct 31, 2007 02:09 PM

Thanks for the compliment, her blushing is really nice.

If I breed her this season, she will go with my lesser het ghost..... hopefully I'll get some lesser pastels 50% hets

I also have a male black pastel....

Which one would you put her with?

I'm jealous, lol! I'd breed her to the Lesser Het. Ghost. I think that would make a great project, especially long term. Lesser Pastels are gorgeous, and then eventually you'll have Lesser Pastel Ghosts. Good luck with her! You'll have to let us know what you decide.

I'm gonna put her with the lesser het ghost for my lesser pastel ghost project.

I also have some 06 ghosts and another 06 pastel that I'm raising up for him in the 08-09 season....

I'll have some pics of my lesser male shortly.

This girl was born mid 06. She is my BEST feeder by far and has never refused a meal and takes f/t or live without hesitation. She would take them every 5-7 days when she was younger and every 7-10 days thereafter.

She fed strong all through last winter and is not showing any signs of slowing down. Anyone have 06s that are this big?

I hope all of my 07s are like this....

I'm thinking about giving her a go this year, in about a month she will be 1800 grams.

What are your opinions on breeding her this year?

At 1600 grams I would definitely try to breed her. Her mindset may not be there yet though. I have had animals that have the weight but not the years..they sometimes show no interest in breeding that first year. Give it a try....she looks great. Who produced her?

Thanks for the compliments. I will try her this season... wish me luck!

She was bred by Dennis Grimsley and is Graziani line. I love her blushing and how she's retained her color.
