Are you talking about Texas Rat Snakes?
Hi,

But I think at least we have it in the TX rats, right?

Leucistic Texas Rats are very common in the trade. They sell for around $50 to $75 dollars. There have been plenty of photos posted on this forum in the past. They are your classic white snake.

Hi,
yes I know, but what I'm looking for is a picture that compares a hetero for leucism animal with a normal coloured animal in the same picture.
I'm not looking for a picture of a leucistic animal.
Thanks,
Gerrit

Animals that are "het" for a trait do not display any of the characteristics of the recessive allele, the visual display is normal. The only times in which you can determine a "het" visually is if there is some sort of co-dominance involved in a trait. I'm pretty sure that, in this case, there is no co-dominance, and a "het" would appear visually identical to a homozygous dominant (normal).
