ok so Iv'e been out everyday and finding some stuff, here are some critters all from onslow county NC

first is my lifer yellow ratsnake found crawling across the ground

ok next is a boring southern rinneck

a nice looking marbled salamander

a few green anole super abundant

was looking for cottonmouths and saw a turtle float down stream, thought it was another musk jumped in and ended up with another lifer eastern mud turtle, it did not want it's pic taken so I took it home hoping it would open up, it didn't

this was a total surprise and made me look a lil higher not used to snakes in trees and stuff I love it

this was in situ and I was stunned yellow rat snake juvi i think

then posed

I know, and I love it now to find the hognose.....
